Features include Bluetooth thermal receipt printing with ESC/POS commands (Epson, Zebra, Star Micronics), real-time transaction monitoring with live status updates, full/partial refund processing, transaction history with search and filters, daily/weekly/monthly analytics dashboard, offline transaction queuing, and secure API Gateway backend sync with JWT authentication.
