Stanford Mobile Approvals
Approve on the Move With Stanford’s Mobile Approvals App
Overview
Stanford Mobile Approvals is a mobile app maintained by University IT (UIT) that simplifies how users manage approval transactions for Stanford applications. It offers a user-friendly interface, real-time notifications, and secure access, allowing users to review and approve requests easily from iOS and Android mobile devices, in addition to the web application interface for approval notifications from Oracle Financials (from OFWEB). The app, which initially supported Oracle iProcurement requisition approvals, has now expanded to include purchase order PTA change requests initiated in the Requisition and Purchase Orders query tool. Future plans aim to enhance the app's functionality to cover additional Oracle Financials transaction approvals and other Stanford applications.
