I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Computational Science and Engineering, with a focus on quantitative finance, at the
University of Pennsylvania.
I completed my Bachelor's of Technology (Honors) in Engineering at the
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2024.
My research experience includes a project at the
Stanford School of Medicine with Prof.
Pascal Geldsetzer, where I worked on developing a machine learning model for estimating maternal and child health indicators in low- and middle-income countries using geotagged satellite imagery data.
In the summer of 2023, I conducted research at
Aalto University in Finland, focusing on development of an end-to-end inverse parameter calibration pipeline for the Swift-Voce hardening law and the eMBW ductile fracture model, working on the
Puhti HPC at Prof.
Junhe Lian's lab.
In 2022, I worked on weather-dependent UAV path planning and routing optimization using the Bees Algorithm in collaboration with Prof.
D.T. Pham from the University of Birmingham.
I was also an active member of
TeamKART (Formula Student Team) at IIT KGP, contributing to the design and manufacturing of Formula Student prototypes for national as well as international competitions.
Beyond academics, I am an active derivatives trader and investor in global markets, an avid swimmer, and a track and field athlete with numerous medals.
