Bio

Wales’ Dylan Emery earned a return to the World Snooker Tour (WST) in 2025 by finishing in second place in the WPBSA Q Tour Europe ranking list.

As the best performer behind first-placed Zhao Xintong across the seven events in the 2024/25 campaign, Emery earned his place back among the professional ranks as a result of Zhao’s sensational World Championship triumph at the end of that same season.

Emery first joined the Tour  at the start of the 2022/23 season following his triumph at the 2021 EBSA European Under-21 Championship in Portugal.

The Welshman enjoyed a strong debut season as a professional, winning his opening match at the first six knockout tournaments and reaching the last 32 for the first time at the 2023 Shoot Out. He has gone on to reach the last 32 of seven ranking events as of the start of the 2025/26 campaign.

Amateur Career

At amateur level, Emery is also a former national champion and senior and under-21 level, having claimed the Welsh titles in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
