Description

The actual flag of Villa Bisonó can be seen at https://ayuntamientovillabisono.gob.do/alcaldia/concejo-de-regidores/. It consists of a white field with the municipal coat of arms centered upon it. The indoor flag carries a green and white cravat.

Ah, many thanks for this providential find! The larger photo is at https://ayuntamientovillabisono.gob.do/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/d48d24ad-7834-4744-accd-08d366d8f9c8.jpeg. Using the visible measurements, from the bottom fly corner of the emblem to the bottom edge of the flag with presumed 2:3 ratio. It will do, pending more exact specs.

The motto at the bottom of the emblem, by the way, reads "Fe en el mañana," which roughly means "Hope in the future."

About the municipality

Villa Bisonó, also known as "Navarrete," is a municipality in Santiago province in north central Dominican Republic. With a population of more than 140,000 in 2012, the municipality is located about 16 miles from Santiago de los Caballeros. The municipality was founded in 1961.
