Shield Gules parted by a pale wavy Argent, at dexter initials Argent "CI" under a 6-point star of the same, at sinister is the mirror image of the dexter half.
Meaning:
The tinctures red and white ar those of the Bishopric of W�rzburg, to which the village historically belonged. The pale wavy is rpresenting the River Main. The initials and the star are taken from the arms of Conrad Celtis, a famous humanist, born 1459 in Wipfeld.
