Blue flag with red edges on top and bottom fimbriated with. In blue filed a white Latin cross surrounded by white rays and flanked by white capitals �D� (upper hoist) �I� (upper fly) �S� (lower hoist) and �M� (lower fly).
I spotted this flag on 18 April 2017 at the local kontor in �lesund.
