Mangal Bagh, de-facto leader of Lashkar-e-Islam (LI) has established a tribe-based militia, which has successfully wrested control of the area from criminal networks and the central government of Pakistan and has gained control of approximately three quarters of Pakistan�s Khyber Agency within two years since 2006. Bagh claims being Taliban but also being an enemy of foreign mercenaries of Al-Qaida.

It is a black flag of unknown ratio with a white Arabic inscription, probably the name of the organization.
