City of Zarinsk got its official flag. City Assembly of Deputies adopted the flag on 26.03.2024.
The flag is a rectangular, double-sided cloth of light blue (azure, blue)
colour with a width to length ratio of 2:3, reproducing the composition and
colours of the coat of arms of the city of Zarinsk.

An update on the flag of the City of Zarinsk. I found a photo that shows
another unofficial flag for Zarinsk - a white cloth with the city coat of arms
on it.

City of Zarinsk is an independent city with status of City District. Its coat
of arms was adopted on 18.02.2000. It has no official flag. However, on some
events red flag with white inscription "ЗАРИНСК" is used as
an unofficial flag.
