Pankrushikhinskiy rayon has 9 Village Councils: Velizhanskiy, Zheleznodorozhnyy, Zyat'kovskiy, Krivinskiy, Lukovskiy, Pankrushikhinskiy, Podoynikovskiy, Romanovskiy, Uryvaevskiy village council. None of them have official symbols, as far as I know.

Pankrushikhinskiy County in Altayskiy Territory has its own flag. The County Council of Deputies adopted coat of arms and flag on 20.06.2024.
