Description of the flag

Zavitinskiy County in 2021 became Zavitinskiy Municipal District, and its all10 municipalities were dissolved. Its symbols were adopted on 20.04.2011.

A rectangular cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, divided into two equal horizontal parts and reproducing in the middle a wavy blue and white stripe, 2/9 of the cloth's width wide, divided into equal parts in the form of running waves and bordered at the top with white and at the bottom with blue stripes (the width of the stripes is 1/30 of the cloth's width); in the middle of the green part of the cloth are reproduced images of three white eight-pointed stars from the coat of arms.

In a crossed green-gold field, above the division is an azure-silver wavy belt, crossed in the form of waves running to the left and thinly bordered with alternating colors; at the top, the belt is accompanied by three silver eight-pointed stars.
