The flag of Sarapulsky district was found at

https://udmddn.ru/news/. It is horizontally divided
blue-white-blue with a yellow 8-pointed star in the upper blue field, a green
mound on the white field and the lower blue field ornamented as waves with a
yellow fish rising out of it.
