More political flags at in all images of this slideshow; a curious emblem made of concentrically growing red (or black) dots on a white flag is at:

(Later:) This is the emblem (and flags) of the Congress of the People, a center-left political party. Flags seem to be either white with emblem, or added with red round-corner square frame and black letters under the emblem, reading either COP or Congress. UNC - United National Congress

image by Hemendra Bhola, 30 April 2025

The new flag of the United National Congress (UNC) has a yellow field with the UNC logo (the rising sun and three peaks) centered. Below is the logotype of the UNC with the N colored to reflect the national flag. The words & PROUD are placed below the UNC acronym. The main flag uses the & PROUD wording, however during election campaigns, this inscription (& PROUD) can be removed, and others added in its place, such as constituency names, candidate names, the word VOTE, etc.

I saw this flag while looking at videos from the candidates in this year's UNC internal elections.
