The flag for the city of Connersville, Indiana. It consists of the seal on a
white bedsheet. The first two images were taken from Google Maps streetview by
the city hall, dated 2023 and 2018 respectively. I flipped the second image so
it is legible. The seal is already on the FOTW website, but I have readded it
(this time a bigger version) for convenience.

Official description within the municipal code:
� 10.19 CITY FLAG.
The flag of the city shall be of the following described dimensions: Its
dimension shall be six feet fly by four by four feet hoist, and it shall consist
of two concentric circles on a white background, the first of which concentric
circles shall be 2-1/4 inches wide in blue with an outside radius of 18 inches,
and the inner concentric circle shall be a one-inch wide white circle. Enclosed
within the circles shall be a field of red with the name �Connersville, Indiana�
and the figures �1813,� in three-inch white letters and figures, superimposed on
the red field in an arch with an inside radius of 11 inches. On the red field
shall be superimposed a blue shield, with a white border 1/2-inch wide, divided
into three segments by a white line, with a representation of �Historic Canal
House� at the top of the shield, a Connersville Spartan Head to the left, and a
representation of a factory, as a symbol of industry, to the right. The words
�Connersville, Indiana,� shall be placed in a proper position in the upper half
of the red field, and the figures �1813� shall be placed at the bottom of the
red field.
