Favorite 'Mars Attacks!' Character
Mars Attacks! (1996) is a cult sci-fi black comedy about an invasion to Earth led by a group of martians and the chaos and destruction they create. Directed by Tim Burton, it was based on a series of trading cards and intended as an homage both to the 1950's sci-fi B movies and to the 1970's disaster movies that were noted for their A-list ensemble cast. For that reason, Burton had a huge cast made of both some of the bigger movie stars available and many talented actors that were about to have their big breaks to become movie stars themselves.
