Never have the words “agentic AI” been spoken more in 72 hours than at this conference. But exciting to sense what’s next for improving outcomes and satisfaction in healthcare as a result of these algorithms. They say the best part of #ViVE2026 isn't just the keynotes, but the "hallway track" and this year in Los Angeles did not disappoint. 🤝🏥 It’s been an incredible few days reconnecting with so many familiar faces and forging new friendships. There is something special about the energy when the HLTH Inc. and CHIME communities come together in person. Beyond the networking, I’m walking away with plenty to think about: specifically the continued buzz around the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ACCESS Model. It was great to hear from Abe Sutton on his vision for this 10-year test of "Outcome-Aligned Payments." Seeing rapid industry alignment around this is a huge signal. It’s no longer just about the tech itself; it’s about creating a sustainable payment pathway that rewards real clinical results for patients with chronic conditions.
