Flare had an incredible few days at the #HRSymposium in the beautiful Hunter Valley last week, where the theme “The Future of HR” wove through a packed two-day agenda. From exceptional speakers and engaging panels to think tanks and international keynotes, the event delivered powerful insights on the adoption of AI in HR, evolving leadership, and driving culture transformation in a changing world of work. Amid the networking and connection moments, we hosted our own VIP roundtable lunch and partner breakout session. Phil Cook explored market trends linking employee financial wellbeing to engagement, and how businesses can turn benefits into a powerful lever for culture, retention, and strategic growth. It was inspiring to connect with so many forward-thinking HR leaders who are actively shaping the future of work, and to have meaningful conversations on ways to elevate employee engagement.
