About us
An parish of Lutheran Church in Singapore, Jurong Christian Church was established in 1967 in a kopitiam across the street from where the church was being built (down the road from Taman Jurong CC, as it still is today). The theme for 2021 and beyond is "Growing Deep in Discipleship". It follows the calling from Christ to be disciples of Him (Mt 28:19-20). The life of discipleship is a life-long calling for us. It should not just be a catchphrase but a thoughtful focus for every believer to examine their key purpose in life.
