Junction is growing fast and so is my team: I'm hiring a Data Engineer! We've built the data infrastructure that powers diagnostic workflows across 400+ devices and a nationwide lab network. Now we need someone who can help scale it—owning core pipelines, strengthening our foundation, and enabling the future of our analytics, insights and AI-enabled platform. If you're a seasoned 0-1 builder who loves getting into the data weeds and hates inconsistent naming, let's talk. Apply here: https://lnkd.in/ee4w9EAB PS: You'll get to join this color-coordinated, AI-illustrated crew 🤩 #dataengineer #hiring #healthtech #dataengineering #data

Earlier this month, our team attended #WHIS2025 and connected with incredible innovators in women’s health. Our biggest takeaway: women don’t just need more data — they need a way to act on it. Decades of underrepresentation in research and clinical workflows have created both a gap and an opportunity: healthcare, specifically women's health, needs better data infrastructure to translate data into earlier diagnosis and more effective intervention. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 > 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 We’re generating huge volumes of lab and wearable data, but the real value comes when that data is routed into provider workflows — not trapped in apps. When it flows directly into care systems, it removes human breaks and supports the full journey from device to diagnosis to treatment. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 → 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 → 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 Most products do “let me track” and “show me my data.” The missing piece is “tell me something I didn’t know.” When women can see real patterns in hormones, sleep, cycles, or symptoms, they’re better equipped to advocate for themselves and make decisions with evidence. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗜𝗬 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 Care teams shouldn’t be stitching together data pipes — they should be using that data to care for patients. Strong integrations and infrastructure partners are key to making women’s health work at scale. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 Giving women control over how and when their data is shared isn’t just compliance — it’s the foundation of trust, engagement, and long-term impact. If we get the infrastructure right, we don’t just ship new features. We enable earlier diagnoses, better interventions, and a healthcare system where women finally have the agency they’ve always deserved. Curious how we’re approaching this at Junction? Let’s talk. https://lnkd.in/eWNW7TFj Kallie K. Phipps Naomi Yudanin, PhD Ryan Layman
