✨ A warm welcome to our newest Maxis Graduate Programme (MGP) 2025 Cohort 2! ✨ Our new graduates began their journey with an introduction to Maxis’ culture, values, and learning ecosystem, alongside senior Graduate Programme Associates in a collaborative Adventure Hunt that fostered teamwork and connection. They also joined a series of learning sessions that offered insights into how we drive corporate responsibility, continuous learning, and a positive employee experience at Maxis. 🤖 Their journey continued with hands-on learning at the Dexter 101 Workshop, where they explored our Generative AI platform, and the Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC) Tour, seeing digital innovation in action for our Enterprise clients. They also took part in a Serve & Connect Pickleball session, bringing together fun, friendly competition, and meaningful connections beyond the workplace.   Each cohort embarks on a two-year journey designed to accelerate learning, leadership, and growth across different business areas, with the next intake kicking off in April 2026.   At Maxis, our Young Talent Community empowers the next generation to connect, learn, and make an impact — providing young professionals with opportunities to build networks, develop skills, and grow with purpose in an innovative environment. Maxis and Astro came together recently in a Deepavali Festive Charity “Together for a Brighter Tomorrow” to celebrate with the Chetti Melaka community in Kampung Chetti, Melaka. Graced by Guest of Honour YB Tuan Khoo Poay Tiong, Member of Parliament for Kota Melaka, the event was more than just a festive gathering. It was about giving back and fostering unity, with contributions of 100 essential goods packs, refurbished laptops, and even a ping-pong table and dart set for communal use. The day was filled with laughter, traditional games, local performances, and shared meals that reminded us of what Deepavali truly stands for - light, togetherness, and hope.
