We are pleased to announce a healthy performance for the financial year 2025 with 11.8% profit growth. This performance marks one of Maxis' highest ever full-year EBITDA, reflecting sustained gains from disciplined cost management, digitalisation initiatives, and operational efficiencies. Our total dividend of 17.5 sen for the year reflects this strong profitability, including a fourth interim dividend of 4 sen and a one-time dividend of 1.5 sen declared for the quarter. We thank our shareholders and customers for their continued trust and support. We will continue to deliver value and service excellence to our mobile, home and enterprise customers, underpinned by our investments in network infrastructure and the use of Al to drive operational efficiency. Maxis is honoured to be appointed by Malaysia Rail Link (MRL) as the Single Preferred Infrastructure Provider and Telecommunications Partner for the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), one of Malaysia’s most significant national infrastructure projects. This landmark 10-year partnership was formalised today at the KotaSAS ECRL station in Kuantan, officiated by the Minister of Transport Malaysia, YB Loke Siew Fook, and the Minister of Communications Malaysia, YB Datuk Fahmi Fadzil. We will deliver a comprehensive digital backbone for the 665km rail line. This includes providing seamless mobile coverage, managing MRL's fibre infrastructure and telco asset commercialisation, delivering high-speed onboard WiFi for passengers and broadband solutions for retailers, and deploying enterprise solutions to support operations personnel. We are collaborating with U Mobile to jointly develop the mobile infrastructure. As the lead telco partner, Maxis will coordinate with all MNOs to ensure rigorous quality and uninterrupted connectivity for all passengers. This initiative reinforces our commitment to advancing the national digital agenda and empowering communities and businesses across the East Coast Economic Region (ECER). #ConnectingTheNation

Maxis partnered with Perak Women for Women (PWW) to bring cheer and meaningful connections to underserved families in Ipoh this Chinese New Year. Held at PPR Taman Buntong Harmoni, the initiative supported 100 families with essential supplies and mandarin oranges, while boosting digital access through 300 free SIM cards and three refurbished laptops for weekly computer classes. Graced by Cllr. Sivam Kalimuthu of the Ipoh City Council (MBI), representing the Mayor of Ipoh, the celebration featured family-friendly games led by Maxis volunteers, a vibrant lion dance, Yee Sang tossing and a communal lunch.
