✨ A warm welcome to our newest Maxis Graduate Programme (MGP) 2025 Cohort 2! ✨ Our new graduates began their journey with an introduction to Maxis’ culture, values, and learning ecosystem, alongside senior Graduate Programme Associates in a collaborative Adventure Hunt that fostered teamwork and connection. They also joined a series of learning sessions that offered insights into how we drive corporate responsibility, continuous learning, and a positive employee experience at Maxis. 🤖 Their journey continued with hands-on learning at the Dexter 101 Workshop, where they explored our Generative AI platform, and the Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC) Tour, seeing digital innovation in action for our Enterprise clients. Maxis and Astro came together recently in a Deepavali Festive Charity “Together for a Brighter Tomorrow” to celebrate with the Chetti Melaka community in Kampung Chetti, Melaka. Graced by Guest of Honour YB Tuan Khoo Poay Tiong, Member of Parliament for Kota Melaka, the event was more than just a festive gathering. It was about giving back and fostering unity, with contributions of 100 essential goods packs, refurbished laptops, and even a ping-pong table and dart set for communal use. When it comes to stopping online scams, collaboration is key. Maxis is proud to work alongside Malaysia’s major mobile operators to launch a federated network access service, enabling secure, cross-network identity verification with a privacy-first design. At the heart of this effort is Number Verify, a GSMA Open Gateway API that allows businesses to validate customers’ mobile identities instantly and securely, reducing fraud and building trust in every digital transaction. This milestone continues Maxis’ work in shaping global solutions, following our partnership with AIS and Singtel to create the world’s first international federation of telco APIs.
