Everything we do is for the good of the game – from working with local communities to growing cricket’s global influence. With circa 200 permanent/ fixed term employees based at Lord's, the Home of Cricket, covering a wide range of sectors, there is a potential role for you. Across the year, we recruit for both permanent and seasonal staff, across our teams offering competitive salaries and desirable benefits. MCC hosted a Cricket Bat Conference at Lord’s on Monday, which brought together key stakeholders in the game to discuss the future of bat-making in the sport, in response to what has been termed the ‘cricket bat emergency’ of a shortage of willow and spiralling prices. The event brought together the relevant areas of the industry for the first time, including retailers, willow suppliers, bat manufacturers from across the world, innovators and voices from other sports.

We were proud to welcome Sport Industry Group to the Home of Cricket on Wednesday for a thought-provoking SI Socials event, discussing the rise of women’s sport and its predicted path to $23bn in revenue by 2033. Thanks to all the panellists and for their insights, including our friends from Barclays and expertly hosted by our very own Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Katie Maier.
