Last week Zipline presented & exhibited at Aventedge's Aged Care Week Forum, delving deep into the most pressing challenges facing Aged Care across workforce and compliance. Our joint presentation with Estia Health was led by Director of Healthcare Nonny Evans, Chief Product & Technology Officer Tanmay Bhola along with Estia Health's Delivery Partner for Workforce Solutions Ann-Marie Spicer which explored how Zipline's Quickstart solution enabled Estia Health to dramatically reduce time to fill and help achieve ambitious growth goals. Our team then led in-depth roundtables with HR leaders from across the industry on what are the core hiring challenges and innovative ways we're solving it - from centralising impactful HR activities, group interviews and always-on screening. On the floor, Zabi Rawan and Katya Maloney spoke to hundreds of attendees on how they're preparing for critical November 1 changes - especially in relation to contractor compliance which places increased compliance requirements on providers. It was a great event & we look forward to connect with the industry in a few weeks at Ageing Australia's National Convention!
