Can't sign in to the application using two-factor authentication

LinkedIn's web and mobile applications will send you an authentication code when you attempt to sign in the first time after enabling two-factor authentication. If you're signing in after turning on two-factor authentication, follow the steps below:

  • Check your text messages on your mobile device after your first attempt to sign in to obtain the authentication code.

  • Sign in again using your username and password.
  • Enter the authentication code that was sent to your mobile device.
