𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁: The "people agenda" is critical to AI success. AI agents are seen as collaborators, potentially doubling workforce capacity, freeing humans for more strategic, creative, and value-generating work. • 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮: Beyond fragmented data environments, organizations must prioritize 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 to enable agentic AI to work effectively. A "less-is-more" approach, focusing on harvesting value from strategic data segments, is crucial. • 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀: Traditional vertical systems often create silos. Agentic AI, however, excels at working horizontally across workflows and solutions, enabling 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 by absorbing operational and technical complexity. This redesign allows for substantial productivity gains and cost savings, with 66% of executives reporting increased productivity and 57% reporting cost savings from AI agents. • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Establishing 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 from the outset is not a hurdle but a growth lever.
