She was a member of our team that collaborates with faculty and designs online web platforms for the university. Ms. Cortez contributed in a major way to our project. She is a multi-skilled, experienced professional, with formal training in the arts, in digital technologies, and in web programming. Her analytical ability derives from a precise grasp of modern computer-based information systems, and she brings to our project a blend of both formal technical rigor and creative flair. Therefore, she was quick to understand our new distance-learning efforts and became an instant asset for in-house consultation. With regard to user interface design, she enhanced its general look and feel, and she provided down-to-earth technical solutions, making our project aesthetically pleasing and economically sustainable. I add that Ms. Cortez is a dedicated team player in that during the Covid-19 crisis, she put an enormous burden on her own shoulders and took on added tasks. She carried these out with both grace and charm. She is a strong asset.”
