    Non-pretentious, non-patronizing AI education 🌱

Your ops team doesn’t need to wait on engineering anymore. With a little AI and the right prompts, they can build what they need: travel approval apps, automated commission trackers, even full-on dashboards... without filing a single ticket. In this clip, I share: - Why ops folks are becoming accidental engineers - How teams are building tools in hours, not weeks - A simple 3-step playbook to get started 👉 Watch the video, then tell me: what internal process would you build first?

While traveling and filming sometimes I wish I had a cleaner background in my videos. I was shocked to learn I could GENERATE a background for my videos using a few AI tools. This video shows you how. Excited to announce that I'm partnering with LinkedIn and SAP for this AI in Action series! Every week I'll be showing you how I'm able to reproduce my production studio's capabilities on road using AI tools! As well as a few other AI tools for professionals of all sorts.

  • Most AI output sounds the same. Allie K. Miller has a 5-step prompt routine to break past generic ideas and get to the actually useful stuff. Worth 90 seconds to watch!

If you want your AI output to look nothing like everyone else’s, steal this five-step routine. Too many folks are firing off one quick AI prompt and grabbing the first five ideas, but are still landing on the same generic output as everyone else. AI can 10x your idea flow, but only if you treat it like a relentless improv partner, and not a magic eight-ball. Try this five-step prompt routine: 1️⃣ Feed it context, guardrails, and goals 2️⃣ Demand volume by asking for 50 headlines or 200 product concepts - whatever feels uncomfortably large 3️⃣ Force variety and give it categories (ex. max size, min size, zero pockets, wild materials) and request ten ideas per category 4️⃣ Keep saying “stronger” and iterate until the answers get weird… but in a good way 5️⃣ Let the model score and rank its own results, then curate the winners yourself Execution still comes down to you, but now you're choosing from 200 wild ideas instead of 3 safe ones. Try it now and let me know your results ⤵️
