The most crucial aspect which makes consumers buy products is certainly desirability. A product
will fail if people do not need or want to utilize it. A product must have the capacity to solve a
specific problem for a consumer or provide a genuine benefit to be desirable. Jollibee established
itself as a household name in the Philippines, a brand that caters exclusively to Filipino tastes. It
has also built a reputation for being family-oriented, which is something that many Filipinos
identify with. With Jollibee's trademark of promoting Filipino culture allows me to love to
purchase their products more. Most of the advertisements show large families assembling around
the dinner table, sharing a bucket of spicy and crispy fried chicken, as is typical of Filipino
culture. This makes any Filipino consumer desirable to buy their product.
Additionally, Jollibee is also recognized for their high-quality fast-food spaghetti, which is a
