The landing gear pulleys on an Air Algerie Boeing 737-800 were twisted due to impact from a large bird during landing in Tunis. The pulleys were reinstalled according to the aircraft maintenance manual and tested with no issues found. The work was performed and workorder closed in Algiers with total aircraft hours and cycles recorded.
