I'm a seasoned Software Architect and Engineer with more than two decades of experience shaping complex software systems across different industries. Currently, I work as a Principal Software Architect at esentri, helping organizations design sustainable architectures and the teams that bring them to life.

My roots are in hands-on development, but my passion lies in connecting people, technology, and purpose. I believe great software emerges when clear architecture meets strong collaboration.

I regularly speak at conferences and publish articles, mainly focussing on the human side of software engineering - how we can build not only better systems but also better environments for the people who create them.
