The shortlist for this year’s Baillie Gifford Prize has been announced. The panel of six judges, chaired by The Times’s literary editor, Robbie Millen, has revealed the six books that made the cut, and you have the chance to win the entire collection.

Britain’s leading non-fiction prize now has six books in the running, including a history of slavery in the Islamic world, the caustic diaries of an Australian novelist and a wolf’s journey across Europe

The shortlisted books include The Revolutionists by Jason Burke, How to End a Story by Helen Garner, The Boundless Deep by Richard Holmes, Captives and Companions by Justin Marozzi, Lone Wolf by Adam Weymouth and Electric Spark by Frances Wilson.
