Catherine Middleton married Prince William and became the Duchess of Cambridge in April 2011. She grew up in Bucklebury, west Berkshire, and studied art history at the University of St Andrews, where she met William in 2001. Upon Queen Elizabeth II’s death in September 2022 she became the Princess of Wales. The couple have three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
