Henry Pollock is an English rugby union player born on January 14, 2005. He plays for Northampton Saints, and made his senior debut in the Premiership Rugby Cup during the 2022-23 season. He signed his first professional contract in 2023. He has represented England at the U18 and U20 levels, captaining the former and winning the 2024 Six Nations Under 20s Championship with the latter. In 2025, he was named in the British & Irish Lions squad for the tour to Australia.
