Line of Duty is one of the BBC’s most celebrated television dramas. The police drama, which aired its first series in 2012, follows detectives of Anti-Corruption Unit 12 (AC-12) tackling institutionalised corruption in the police force. It stars Martin Compston as Steve Arnott, Vicky McClure as Kate Fleming and Adrian Dunbar as Ted Hastings. The programme has won several awards for best drama series, and was named the BBC’s most-watched drama of the century after the series six finale drew 12.8 million viewers.
