Very comfortable shoe for Hallux Rigidus, just not enough padding for me.

I get so frustrated that you don't offer every style and color in wide width

(What's this?)I have several pairs of Topo shoes all in a size 9. These ran 1/2 size smaller.

did not feel comfortable. I have drop foot and fall easy.

(What's this?)Awesome shoes! I removed the insole and added one with more arch support because I am flat-footed. These shoes are fantastic! I am currently going to physical therapy, and these shoes are great for allowing my toes to spread out, especially with the bunion I have on my left foot. They have truly been a game changer for me! Thank you, Topo!

(What's this?)The length was fine. I thought that the forefoot and toe box would be wider since it is advertised as a natural foot shape, but it was extremely narrow and uncomfortable.

(What's this?)I ordered these because I need a square toe box and under pronate shoe. However the right shoe was so pronated it cause my ankle and shins to be super sore as well pushed in on my small toe. I’ve had these before and they were fine. I’m hoping that these were just mis manufactured in some way. But Zappos is Great

(What's this?)I have 2 other models of Topo running shoes and these were 1/2 size smaller. I ordered the size I normally wore and had to exchange them for a larger size.
Zappos Reviewer on January 15, 2026
These fit but they arrived in an Amazon box clearly worn as the bottoms were dark with dirt! I thought I was buying them new. I ordered another size which came in a Zappos box and those were new but highly concerning these used one were sent to me. Both are going back.

My husband returned these, only because they don't have the cushion height that he really needs in the forefeet. They're actually wide enough for his 4E size at the toes, which was a nice surprise. He'll probably try them again when he needs a shoe that's not for running.

I wear 8.5 wide, unfortunately these shoes are a little too narrow. Wish they made a 2E wide.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for. Great fit, super bouncy, breathable and lots of toe room. I’m a walker and the part of the sole that extends out of the back of the shoe actually made my steps feel more stable. I’m a super happy customer!

(What's this?)This is my first pair of bouncy road running shoes and they are working out well. I recently started running on paved paths and wanted more cushioning than my trail running shoes provided. I feel faster and more confident with each step. I have unusually long toes and a narrow heel and the Topo Spectre 2 fit is great. #sweepstakes

(What's this?)The shoe is too unstable; that is when planting the foot to make a turn it feels like the ankle can be sprained.

(What's this?)This Mtn Racer 4 had surprisingly great width for my 3E feet and fits really well, feels secure. The cushion type is comfy but the stack could be higher, especially in the front under the ball area. Nice outsole.

I enjoy the high stack cushioning which is firm, yet comfortable!

(What's this?)Made for a great half marathon shoe. Felt quick for a shoe with a higher stack height.

(What's this?)I went a little crazy and bought 2 pairs. Not having tested them first. The are so comfortable, bouncy even. I love that about them. However, you need to wear socks with them because your feet will sweat in them. My feet don't normally sweat.so after a few wears you need to pull the liner out and wash it, it does get a little smelly. This is what keeps me from saying I absolutely love them. They need the same exact everything but a different top material. Despite that I would still recommend them, just be aware,

(What's this?)Was looking for a shoe to replace my Altra Escalante 3 which are no longer made and this was a great replacement. Zero drop, good arch support and wide toe bed. Immediately ordered a second pair.

(What's this?)Wow! I have worn Topo Ultrafly for several years, at least, as I have lost count in the number of years! The Ultrafly 5 is quite different from previous models. Doesn't have as much of that zero drop feel. The fabric (if you wish to call it that) is not nearly as breathable as previous versions. Within minutes in the house with A/C on I could feel my feet start to feel as though sweating which my feet don't normally do. Stability not as, secure. This was my go to shoe for everything. People would ask me what shoe I was wearing. Just ordered the Topo Aura for a try on.

(What's this?)These waterproof Terraventure 4s are definitely tighter in the toe box than the non-waterproof Terraventure 4, Traverse, or Phantom 3, all of which I wear in a 9, which is 1/2 size larger than what my foot measures for. So these fit me like a normal 8.5 in a normal toe box, but are long enough that I won't suffer black toe nails like I do in an 8.5. I'm keeping them so I have a warmer option for this wet and cold winter/spring season, but I'll be going to stores in person next year to try on any new waterproofs. Also, as other reviews mention, they are majorly less flexible in general.

(What's this?)I normally buy NB in wide, but decided to try a different brand. For a wider toe box I didn't feel like I was wearing a clown shoe, which is nice. They are wider at the toe than I'm used to, so visually I'm having to get used to them, but they are cute and I have gotten compliments on them. Wearing them for work; on my feet alot, I have a high arch, and am looking to prevent foot pain/joint pain/plantar fasciitis.
