webrtc audio/video stream signaling #343

Description

@felixroos

i wonder if it would be possible to use flok for signaling a webrtc audio/video stream. we already have a websocket server in place, so i don't see why it shouldn't work.
one use case would be to stream from a venue where an event is happening, and people that are joining from elsewhere can see what's going on (like me in most cases xD). or someone could share their screen to all others. there is some limit on how many p2p streams (without a sfu), but not sure where that limit is. maybe 1:n streaming (one way) would be fine. maybe receiving the stream should be opt-in, so the people streaming up would only need to stream it to people who opted in..
