I have some issues with getting the correct cellid/cell2d/node number after refining the grid. So I'd suggest adding a "node" variable with dims=("layer", "icell2d") after refining the grid. So it's easy to get the correct cellid for a certain xy(z) without having to use gridintersect and everything.
