It would be pretty nice to be able to auto-format Goatfiles depending on a given ruleset. This brings consistency across larger Goatfile code bases and better readability in general.

Therefore, a new executable could be created in cmd/ which is deployed together with Goat.

We could take an example from the code of the gofmt tool, which is available here.

This issue requires #57 to be solved beforehand.
