I'm trying to run the analysis, yet couldn't find the "Ambient.Rds" file on OSF.

as below:
eWAT <- readRDS("eWAT_Annotated.Rds")
Amb <- readRDS("Ambient.Rds")
Immune <- subset(eWAT, subset = Annotation == "Immune")

Could you help upload it?
