Remove duplicative "ToxRefDB Batch Resource" #158
Description
This was done under #62
The batch search export in CCD is the same as one already in the ToxRefDB Effects Resource:
get /hazard/toxref/effects/search/by-dtxsid/{dtxsid}
A CCD projection could be created if needed
