Currently, the test run creates resources directory and it remains after tests.
This problem comes from there's no appropriate tearDown implementation.
My rough investigation finds such tests:

• test_worker.py
• test_task_on_kart.py
• test_run.py
• testing/test_run_with_empty_data_frame.py
