with the python interface:notes less or equal A2 are not detected and pitch for low frequencies seems to be not very accurate

I solved it with a win_s of 2048 and hop_s of 512, with bigger win_s the pitch detection seems to work better, and for notes bellow 46 i use pitch detection, I made a little change to notes.c to detect notes greater or equal 40(E1) for the guitar 6th string frequency but still didin't compile.
