I would suggest using Adobe Tags to provide this flexibility. This will allow the Marketing team to update the implementation without requiring changes on the website. You could expose a function that the marketing team could use from Tags to get form fields. Then you could build a custom code data element in Tags to call this function with different parameters based on the page. |
