The generated indexes for DSE, don't follow the folder structure nor naming of the other indexes.
They should start with faiss-flat. and contain pyserini commit hash and generation date. A readme must be added as well.

Then the index binding, script generator, and readme must get updated. Look at PR #2403 as a sample.
