Sorting issue #1476

Hi,
I am having an issue with cmus collecting files into the "appropriate" structure. Best explained with an example:
-> id3v2 -l t01_Never_Satisfied.mp3
id3v1 tag info for t01_Never_Satisfied.mp3:
Title : Never Satisfied Artist: Judas Priest
Album : Metalogy Year: , Genre: Unknown (255)
Comment: Track: 1
t01_Never_Satisfied.mp3: No ID3v2 tag
This song ends up being shown under Judas Priest as the artist and then Metalogy as the Album, just like I would expect it. But
-> id3v2 -l t35_Riding_On_The_Wind.mp3
id3v1 tag info for t35_Riding_On_The_Wind.mp3:
Title : Riding On The Wind Artist: Judas Priest
Album : Metalogy Year: , Genre: Unknown (255)
Comment: Track: 35
id3v2 tag info for t35_Riding_On_The_Wind.mp3:

This song gets listed under <No Name> as artist and <No Name> as album and in the track column the full path to the file is shown.
I've tried just about everything with tagging I can think of but was not able to get cmus to sort the song as I expect it to. With my last tagging attempt the v1 tags between the song that ends up being sorted as expected and the song the is sorted to <No Name> look the same to me.
Help is appreciated.
