At first I thought it's an issue with my Windows build, but now it happened on my Debian SID, where Dino is currently up-to-date (0.5.1-1 - Alentejo).
When Dino is launched and a conversation is selected, the "Send a file" button is not visible, dragging a file on Dino's window also does not yield any result:

When I change the encryption to Unencrypted the button appears, sending files is possible. It stays operational even if I change the encryption back to OMEMO.

When I launch Dino, the first conversation which is selected by default is OMEMO-encrypted, maybe this is what triggers the bug. It is also reproducible, it happens every time I launch Dino.
