General needs like tools materials should be removed from communities profiles.
On community profiles ambassadors can add projects that people can help with. Essentially they are special events. They have the following structure:

• Name
• Daterange
• Picture
• Description
• Needed Tools
• Needed Materials
• Needed Skills/Experiences

Pioneers can click on them to offer their support with a request text. They can select what they can bring and what needed skills they have (choosing from their own skills and the needed skills from the project). If the community approves the request, they have one person attending their event in their calendar. They can also see what they have covered and what they still need and in the future with matchmaking they can request help directly from people that offer the same needs on their profiles.
