The new dpkg brings a several new files into Essential:true. That's a .deb difference, so I rev'ed them up in the bootstrap directory. Once a new fink is released that includes new dpkg, we need to move those .info from libs/perlmods/ to base/ in the stable distro and backport the Essential change.
