Can't find recipe for Computer block (and other items) #270

I simply just can't find the recipe for many things, including the Computer block itself
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- I Tried to find on the internet
- I Tried to find on the mod's book
- Even JEI can't find the recipe
Expected behavior
Is it meant to be creative only?
Versions (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft: 1.18.2
- Forge: 40.1.93
