Report Abuse form is broken #22628

Describe the bug
The report abuse form is broken (can not submit anything), because Google reCAPTCHA is not configured properly causing the forms to not submit at all.
To Reproduce
- Go to https://crypto.forem.com/report-abuse
- Observe "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key"
- Form can not be submitted
Expected behavior
Captcha should be solvable and form should be submitted
