Modeling the PULP Carfield Platform in GVSoC

This issue tracks the integration of the Carfield platform into GVSoC. More details on Carfield here.

Objective

Have a functional model of the Carfield platform. Starting from the Cheshire host domain (#155) model, expand it with the other domains, such as the PULP and Spatz clusters.

This minimal version can be later extended to include missing components and refined as needed.
